Move Well Mildura is proud to offer pregnant women with support for exercise and pilates-based strength with our pregnancy strength classes. All participants are supported through 1 on 1 sessions before entering classes so we can teach you the foundations  and ensure that you are confident, but also ensure that we can tailor classes to you. No matter what stage of pregnancy you're at, know that you will be moving your body safely under professional guidance. 

Pregnancy classes are also a great way to meet other expecting mums!

Pregnancy is such an individual experience accompanied by many changes with no two pregnancies being the same. As well as exercise support, Move Well Mildura offers safe hands-on manual treatment for pregnancy related aches and pains, posture, mobility, and assists with education and support.

Postnatal

Move Well Mildura is proud to offer postnatal women with support for exercise and pilates-based strength with our postnatal strength classes. All participants are supported through 1 on 1 sessions before entering classes so we can chat about your birth and any symptoms you may be experiencing, complete an assessment of your deeper abdominals, teach you the foundations  and ensure that you are safe and confident before commencing classes. Whether you are a few weeks or a few years postnatal know that you will be moving your body safely under professional guidance. Little ones are welcome to join classes (crawlers and below) or feel free to come alone for some solo Mummy time. Postnatal strength classes are also a great way to meet other mums!

Pregnancy and motherhood are such an individual experience accompanied by many changes. As well as return to exercise support, Move Well Mildura offers hands-on manual treatment for postnatal mums who might be experiencing neck and shoulder pain, upper back pain often associated with holding postures and breastfeeding, as well as hip and back pain.
